TI Offers Gone Away

Has anybody else stopped receiving offers for slot tournaments or 3-
night comp packages from TI. For the past several years, I would get
an offer for either a tournament or room comp every month. When I
tried to find out why the offers have stopped coming, I only got a
vague answer from my slot host that MGM-Mirage has changed their comp
formula. He mentioned vauge terms like expected and theoretical wins,
but could not give me any details. My vp play has actually increased
over the years, and yet the offers have stopped. Could it be because
I only play the machines with the best odds. Can anybody shed any
insight on this issue wiht TI, or MGM-Mirage in general.

All MGM-Mirage offer have dried up including TI, MGM and Bellagio --
we stayed at all three last year on free offers. This year, not a
word! Guess they are culling out us pikers.

I have been a regular player at TI for years. I have noticed that this year, the offers have completely dried up. I play VP almost exclusively, generating 20,000-30,000 points per 3 or 4 day stay. Usually the room is free and most food is free.

I inquired with a host as to why I no longer receive mail offers (some in the past were
quite good, containing $200 or more of free play, rooms, food credit etc). He offered no explanation, saying he would check and make sure I am still in the system. This was several months ago and no offers yet.

Apparently, with the demise of most of the good VP at $1 or less, they made a brillant marketing decision to exclude dirt bag VP players from the perks.

I am diverting alot of my monthly Vegas trips to other places, especially downtown, where they still have alot of good games and one trip and the offers roll in.

Thanks for the info. Your experience is exactly like mine. I found
out that they are still holding slot tournaments, but apparently the
comp offers are only going out to the slot players and not the vp
players. Is there any place left on the strip that has good mail
offers for vp players at $15,000 coin in per day. It doesn't seem so
anymore.

No strip places are sending them regularly or as good with the exception of NYNY.
The downside of course is that the once good (for strip) VP is ruined. A few machines
remain but no decent DB at any demon which is my favorite.

Still with NYNY I get them regularly so far this year.

I also stopped receiving almost all offers from TI but I do get offers from MGM (I hardly ever play there anymore) and great offers from Bellagio inspite of not a lot of play. I really cannot figure out casino marketing!
