Bellagio definitely says you don't need to stay there to get your gifts - so
if you have points at TI or Mirage etc and don't want to stay, just go
instead to Bellagio and pick up all your Mirage property point gifts there instead
of from TI or Mirage.
The guy I talked to at Mirage was insistent that even Vegas locals would
need to stay at Mirage to pick up the gift promotion - which is just plain dumb.
But Bellagio has no such restrictions - so Vegas locals and others should
just go there, apparently.
