Looking at the VPfree2.com site, the summary page of all casinos shows full pay PK'em poker there. However the individual site for the casino says " unfortunately no full pay VP".
Which is correct?

I'd go with the "unfortunately no full pay VP". The May 2009 entry
in the Comments section confirms that the good PKM is gone.
