Those Denote HTML Tags

The reason you may be experiencing problems with the
"less than" and "greater than" symbols is that those
denote the beginning and end of HTML tags. If your
outgoing or incoming email is set to strip out HTML,
anything in between those symbols will be deleted.

There may or may not be a setting in your incoming
and/or outgoing email settings to stop this from
happening. Otherwise, it might be a good idea to come
up with another standard way to denote quotes.
Perhaps plus signs ++ or tildes ~~.

Here's wishing all of you a great Holiday Season and
many Royals in the New Year.

Trying again, the first time the quoted material
disappeared when the post
appeared. Just had <> for some reason. I surrounded
the quote with << >>
before
I sent it.
