Before I left town for Christmas, the Suncoast had a 3-Play progressive for
a RF in all three hands that was well over $35,000 and climbing. Yesterday,
it was back to just over $5000, I think. Did any of you hit it?
I pounded away at it for a bit the week before Christmas. Didn't get the
big jackpot, but did hit a Royal on line 2 after holding a lone Jack for
$1355.
Is the amount you get "up to $500" predetermined by your play? Or, is it
random, i.e., I could actually possibly get $500 even if I play so little
that I have next to no other offers?
Also, I'm curious if everyone's free play offers have gone up, down, or
stayed the same in terms of per month totals since they went to the
bi-weekly mailers.
I have over 50,000 of them from my play there in December. What can I use
them for? Also, I joined during the spring of 2007. Since the conversion
of Club Coast in late 2007, is it necessary to do anything, such as get a
new card, etc.?
I suppose I could just ask at the club, but I don't normally play at
Coasts...December was an exception...and perhaps any info here might save me
a trip if the 50K points are worthless anyway.
Thanks!!

50,000 points will get you $150+ in cash back, among other things.

I was gonna make a post about the same subject. My rewards have gone
done quite a bit since they went 2 a month. Last 3 times for mystery
free play has been $5 each.

The mystery free play for my wife and I has averaged around half of
the regular free play amount.

That sounds about right, but on occasion I've put in some fairly large
plays and have received about .1 of the coin in for a two week period
3-4 weeks beforehand.
It may be up to $500, but it's certainly not "random"; there's a
formula for it, for sure.

So, which is it? $150 or $50?

The points are worth $1 cash for each 1,000 points. You can also exchange
them for food and beverage at the same rate.

Sorry, I forgot that Coast cut their cashback from .3 to .1.
