Has anyone used gas card earned at Binions on Sunday?. Went(well out of my way) to Fabulous Freddy's this morning & was told there was no value showing on my card. Will, of course, eventually return to Binions and complain, but a major pain in the butt even if favorably resolved.

Both my wife and I earned the $50 card on Sunday and both of us have
used it with no problems. I used mine yesterday at the Rampart &
Charleston location...went inside...used $30...got a receipt showing a
$20 balance still on the card.

I asked the Marketing Director about your problem. Here's what she said: "I
have receipts for every card purchased - I am not sure how this happened but
I will handle. I spoke to FF and they said if this did happen they will
remedy quickly."

Returned to Binion's. Everyone was courteous and apologetic. They researched the problem, and gave me paperwork to show to FF, where I was able to use the card. Hopefully this won't happen to anyone else.

options:
$20 gas for 500 points
$50 gas for 2000 points
