I saw Harry's question's and I saw your response about the automotive industry and short goals for long term goals, etc. I still don't understand what you are looking for.
You mentioned short term bankroll for JOB vs DDB. Easy. Use Dunbar's Risk Analyzer. Later you talk about about the thrill of big hands vs acceptable loss but don't define either one. Hard to answer a question in mathematical terms with no parameters set.
I thought I was answering your questions but I guess I am still missing your point. I'll sit out the rest of the discussion.
