This is meant to be constructive feedback for all of us and I hope it is
taken that way. No sarcasm or personal attacks are meant or intended.
It's not fair to board members to tease/hint/reference and then put the
decision in the hands of another. If information is posted, then the poster should
take personal responsibility. Guidance (in private) from more experienced
members may be obtained but to make it public and then put the burden on someone
else is not fair to the individual who is saddled with a responsibility that
she/he did not ask for.
Regardless of status, all of us need to think carefully about what we post
and take personal responsibility for what we post.
