It's possible that I misunderstood, or that the person at the Total Rewards
desk didn't explain correctly or clearly enough for me to "get it". It's
just been a couple of weeks since I left, so I'll see if I get a bounce check
(they don't do me any good, since I don't go back that frequently -- unless
it's good at any HET property - ha!).

Boothlings never really understood this aspect of Total Rewards. If you
indeed played enough in just one casino in March, the "Cash in the Mailbox"
voucher won't show until mid-May. It should be good for a year but needs to be
cashed in Vegas or Laughlin.
This program is unique to southern Nevada. Things like
cashback/bounceback/multipliers are done differently locally and regionally in the vast HET Empire.
I just wonder if HET finally figured out how to combine the six Vegas casinos
for promos like this and for trip/daily averages.
