Just got a PR flyer via email from the Palms announcing "Not So Ugly Deuces
are Back" - in the high roller room. Interesting that some years ago Skip
Hughes coined these machines as NSU (not so ugly). Soon I suppose we will
see machines that actually have NSU on the label, just like some machines
are labled 9/6 Jacks or Better (LV Hilton) or Double Double Bonus. Kudos
to you Skip.

Good Lord. I expect to see machines labeled "airport deuces" or "Try the New Illinois Deuces game!!! We are going down the drain, I swear.

In future VP Trip reports, group members will be discussing "finds" like 8-5 Bonus Poker. Not the too distant future, either. A good % of the 9-6 Jacks you see have theos of 1% or less, which mean your comp is going to come off of loss, not theo.
