I got hit by such a woman a couple of years ago in Toronto. She came out of
her car yelling at me that it was all my fault because I'd stopped at the
stop sign, then advanced a bit and stopped again when I saw traffic coming.
The policeman who arrived when I phoned quickly disabused her of that notion.
