I found out about the promotion from a fpdw player at the Frontier on 4/1. My wife and I went over to the Westin that night. He said that he played at the Westin on 3/31. So the promo was in effect on 3/31.
P.S. We ate dinner at the Westin restaurant. The frog leg appetizer was fabulous!!!
