As of about 3 months ago, all (as far as I have been able to determine) the machines that had the FP games on them had the minimum coin for FPRF's reduced from 10 or 25 to 5 coins, at the various denominations from $1 up. The 5-25 indicates that although you get FPRF's @ 5 coins, you can play up to 25 coins on the machine.
As for the top two tiers, or perhaps just the top, Royal, you got a sit-down dinner on NYE, instead of the extremely nice buffet-style dinner that was afforded to King level, and at least some ACE (perhaps all). I'm sure the top levels get significantly higher weekly FSP than the $100 I get as a King, they do get incrementally nicer giveaways. But King gets VIP checkin, lounge access, and all the other amenities that work for me.

Six months ago, hi limits had FPJB. I think $1 machines but you had to bet 25 coins for an 800 coin royal.
Perhaps I'm misinterpreting but VPFree2 seems to imply that you get full royal from 5-25 coins in approx. 20 machines at the $1,$2,$5 level.
Also acccording to my challenged Math mind Top two tiers @ FW require $1.7 & 3.4 mil respectively. What could they possibly give you for those outlandish req's as compared to other casinos ?
