I finally get it. The issue is one of reading comprehension.

If you ever have any constructive input on improvements for
vpFREE that you wish to communicate, send them to me in
a private email or post them on FREEvpFREE.
The responses that you say have concentrated on my opinion of you,
or of your image, or how you should or shouldnt spend your time
WERE "constructive input on improvements for vpFREE." The issue
seems to be that you take them personally.
"My subjective analysis of your shortcomings" is part of
constructive criticism because part of my "input on improvements for
vpFREE" is pointing out your perceived shortcomings from an
outsider's POV, and then suggesting that you improve upon them.
Obviously you can choose to ignore it if you wish, and your past
responses indicate that you will, but do NOT imply that nothing I've
said has been constructive. If it hasn't been, that's on you.
Responding to
your subjective analysis of my shortcomings doesn't interest
me, so I'm finished with our exchange.
