The "Best Damn Sports Show" recently interviewed Phil Helmuth and Annie
Duke ... both famous Texas Hold-em players. They both agreed that fame
is taking its toll. Phil, especially, said it seems every opponent is
out to get him, going all in at every opportunity. These players don't
necessarily have good hands. They just want a story to tell their
grandchildrem, that they beat Phil, or that Phil beat them. Nobody
wants to win (or lose) to an unknown. This is the opposite of what I
expected. I assumed Phil's problem would be finding opponents willing
to play him.
