I will be extraordinarily surprised if the Meadows, or any of the
other potential PA slot venues, offer anything stronger than a 98% vp
ER paytable (much less 99%).
The tax structure imposed by PA is among the most stringent of any
state. Look for offerings comparable to what you find in WV.

I've been to both racinos in the WV panhandle and their VP comes in at
91.5-92% and that's with max coin of 8 quarters. Maybe the
competition between WV and PA will cause some improvemnt but I think
you are dreaming if you think you will find any 9/6 JOB. Besides that
is the most boring game (to me) ever invented so would do me no good
anyway.
