"The Meadows and The Stupidity At Wynn"

Mary and I are heading to "The Meadows" tomorrow for a weeks stay. We both had
good room/ FP offers from the Wynn so that'll be our first three nights. Mary
got a nice offer from Bellagio so that 'll be our next four( three under her
name and one under mine). I'll be doing some play at a few other casinos for
part of the vaca to try and build up some offers for my Nov. trip and also for
next summer.
Stupid Wynn..We offered the second room we have at the Wynn to relatives but
no takers so I phoned the Wynn( no name given) and spoke to marketing telling
them that we both had the same offer and instead of letting a room remain unused
for our stay could we room together and still get our individual FP ? They said
no, that it was a package deal . So M and I have our own rooms ! We'll try to
get adjoining ones.

They are going to charge you resort fees for both rooms....that's there thought process.

Wynn doesnt charge a resort fee on a comped room. If, however, you pay for even one night then they will charge you for all nights including comped nights. We currently have reservations at Wynn taking advantage of 3 free nights and FP. We were told when we wanted to book a 4th night they would be happy to however realize it would mean we would be charged the resort fee for all 4 nights.

It should be easy to avoid the fees, as long as there isn't a specific check-in day called out in your offers.

One of you should book a three day stay that starts on day one of your trip and goes to day three of it. The other would have their three day stay start on the second day you're in Vegas. The first person will then have to check out a day before you actually leave town, but you'll still have the other room for the last night.
