I received this reply in just a few hours, and not only that, but it was
also so clearly stated:
The Electronic Services Division of the Gaming Control Board tests all
gaming device programs prior to being approved and placed in the field. The
division attempts to inspect every restricted and non-restricted gaming
establishment and their gaming devices a minimum of once every three years.
Typically, all of the gaming devices at restricted locations (15 machines or
less) are inspected. At larger, non-restricted locations, a random sampling
of gaming devices are inspected. Additionally, the larger locations are
required to perform inspections upon their games at least once a year. I
