Bill, you really ought to read the regulations or talk to someone who
has before you assume that the state of Mississippi allows gaffed
machines. What Mississippi regulations say is that the machine
cannot return over 100%. If you put FPDW and 10/7 DB along with 9/5
DDB and a couple of other low paying games in a multi-game, you will
have a machine that pays less than 100%. That's what they do in
Mississippi.
