The Goodbye Sahara Play

I just read an article on the Sahara closing. The link is below. I'm ROTFLMAO!!!! because of this one sentence:

"Casino officials gave away the last of the Sahara's jackpot cash Friday, awarding 63 players about $500 apiece." Note that the sentence says "the last."

I'm ROTFLMSO!!!! I'll lay anybody 10 to 1 there were some video poker pros got involved here.

How much notice were you guys given? What were the drawing tickets based on, action, right? You don't have to tell me how good you guys did in the drawing. I already know. I'm ROTFLMAO!!!

HEADLINE: VIDEO POKER PROS SWOOP IN ON THE BANKRUPT SAHARA LIKE VULTURES ON A DYING BEAST!!!

I lied. C'mon! I gotta hear the story.

Anyone who arrived could get a drawing ticket. It wasn't based on play. There may have been 10,000 people there, so the EV might have been $3 per person. But the percent advantage made up for how worthless it was. So go ahead and laugh. What's "ROTFLMSO," anyway? Is that socks or a misprint?

Yeah there was no play required. Quite a few homeless people were there. As well. Everyone was supposed to only have one ticket but I saw several opportunities and many people holing quite a few. I went to cash out the rest of my food comp and have a free meal at the NASCAR cafe. I believe the drawing was advertised for at least a week. For a shot at "free" money it wasn't bad. Better odds than the lottery.

I can smell the play all the way from Great Falls, Montana. There was definitely an end play that got put down on the Sahara.

There was a typo in the 7th letter. Its ROTFLMAO. "Rolling On The Floor Laughing My Ass Off"...

I'm not so sure, Don. You know what a wise guy the source can be.
