You ever consider maybe you're the "donkey" They may have seen you driving
up down the street and yelled to each other. "Here comes a donkey who'll write
home about the donkeys in Wendover. Slick up them cards boys,"

JT, sometimes his cards are so ugly only a card mother could love them.

My historical hourly rate in this game is $21 an hour. On this trip I've
played 49 hours so far with a $1323 win.

Has anyone recently stayed at Palce Station? I'm attending a conference there, so I am curious of the condition of the hotel and any gaming "hints". Bounceback cash is probably not relevant to me as i'm from the East Coast and most likely not use it within the time period. What would be the next best/closest place to stay? Thanks.

We spent a couple of days there during the second week of the NCAA
tourney, and have stayed there now and then for years. Their tower
rooms are decent, most "garden" rooms are smaller than the average jail
cell. Like all Station casinos, the Palace has a couple of banks of
Optimum play (see the data base)VP,and, often, one or two playable 8/5
BP progressives at one of the joint's several bars. (try Jack's Irish
pub if you like Guinness with your VP). Check cheapovegas.com for more
info.

If it were me, I would stay at Palace (Tower room). They have
good video poker and your conference is there.

There aren't any other casinos particularly close - Sahara and
it's neighbors on the north strip and south to the Palms and its
neighbors. What's best is a very subjective question.
