Yep, this show hurts my head to watch. What kind of promo did the
downtown GN run for Monday nights? Is it still going?
I am curious since the GN-Laughlin was running a drawing for Mondays
between 5-9pm called "Back to the Golden Days". You could earn
tickets Mon-Fri only. Hundred dollar VP hits or $10 suited BJ got
you a ticket. The weekly prizes were nostalgia items and
stays/entries for a slot tourney downtown.
The grand prize of a trip to Hollywood/$5k cash is supposed to be
awarded on Sept 6th, which was going to be the last episode.
It appears GNL gave up on this promo. How can they do this?
Somewhere is a master drawing drum with a couple thousand yellow
tickets in it, a handful have my name on them.
