A special offer from The Artesian is what prompted my original question.

The offer was two complimentary room nights; $40 voucher for the hotel restaurant, The Springs; and $50 in Bonus Play at the casino. My wife and I took advantage of it earlier this week.

The Artesian is on the northeast corner of the intersection of state highways 7 and 177. Its about 15 miles east of I-35.

The main entrance to the casino is on the north side of the complex. The Players Club is to the left of the main entrance. The main part of the casino is about 180 feet by 60 feet. From the main entrance, the far right corner extends to the right for another 60 feet, sort of like a backward L. The casino claims to have 270 electronic games. They also have Blackjack, Ultimate Texas Hold’em, and 3-Card Poker table games.

At the corner where the room extends to the right, there is a small bar/snack bar. Mounted in the bar are two Game King Multi Game machines. These include slots and video poker. These are the only VP machines in the casino. Pressing the More Games button and then the 25-cent, 50-cent, or $1 Denomination button brings up a selection of VP games. The selections seem to be the same as the selections I’ve seen on most bar-mounted VP machines. I’m a Jacks or Better player, so I checked the three denominations of it. All denominations of JoB are 8/5 for an ER of 97.30%. Not a game I care to put money into.

I live in OKC. I would prefer to drive to WinStar to play video poker. I was there last May. Both the London bar and the Rome bar had 25-cent JoB at 9/5 for an ER of 98.45%.

I hope this info is of use to y’all.

Did you happen to notice Deuces Wild at Winstar and its payback % ?

No, I didn’t, Walter. Sorry.
