Just to make sure I understand, those percentages can only be
calculated after the session length (2007) hss been defined,
correct? Otherwise cb and bb and fp etc are kind of difficult (in my
mind) to associate a divisor with.

Yep, the annual VP coin-in is the denominator. In 2007, this is a whopping
$29,575, which is about 12% of my 2004 of my coin-in. My $10 VP related win
was wiped-out though with a $11 sportsbet loss and a $17 entry fee into a
Blackjack tourney.

So my $85 in pure collected cashback is .29% of $29,575. What is interesting
is even though casinos have slashed their basic cashback rates the last few
years, there seem to be more multi-point opportunities. My cashback rate in
2004 was .23%.
