I bought Jean Scott's Scouting Guide when it first came out. At that time I was visiting several casinos with few good pay tables, and I have used the guide extensively. Since I love deuces wild, I left the guide open to the relevant pages. I wrote to Jean about something else, and to let her know how much I appreciated her work, I mentioned that I used the guide so much that the print was wearing off. She replied that that shouldn't happen, and after examining the damage, she and her publisher replaced the guide for me. If only casinos would employ such a level of customer support! Thanks, Jean.
