My thanks go to Tom, Brian, Bob and "nightof the iguana"
Sorry, I do not know any other name for this valuable
contributor to this site.
These are the type of answers I find most valuable. I really
appreciate the specific rules to memorize that Bob supplied
in his article. However, I also appreciate the insights provided
by the others as to why I might be memorizing certain rules.
This certainly makes learning easier, more meaningful and more
enjoyable.
This is also a good opportunity to thank Harry Porter for his
many responses on this site. He always answers my questions,
and questions of others, with enough "detail" and "courtesy"
to better understand the answer. He makes the answer more
"meaningful". In the 60's, there was an education "catch
phrase" teachers were suppose to use to help others learn.
You were trained to make all learning "A meaningful learning
experience".
Obviously, in the addition to those mentioned in my first
sentence, there are also many others on this site who also
provide well written and considerate responses to questions.
I do not want to fail to also thank each of them. It just
seems that Harry really, really "stands out" in this manner.
Thanks,
Bob
