thanks for info re VP tournament @ MSS

DORI

i THINK IT'S A GOOD IDEA TO CONTACT THE SLOT HOST AT MSS AS YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO ACCEPT BOTH OFFERS (VP OFFER AND PREVIOUS OFFER). MY SECOND DAY OF THE VP TOURNAMENT I HAD THE LAST TIME SLOT WHICH WAS AT 5:30 PM. IF I RECALL, THE EARLIEST TIME SLOT IS 9 AM. THE MACHINES WE PLAYED WERE DDB AND THERE WERE ABOUT 15-20 MACHINES BEING PLAYED AT EACH SESSION. SOME OF THE PLAYERS WERE NOT EVEN SERIOUS VP PLAYERS SO AGAIN, THE LUCK FACTOR IS A HUGE PART OF IT. iF I GET ANOTHER VP TOURNAMENT OFFER I WOULD GO IF I WAS PLANNING TO GO TO VEGAS AROUND THE SAME TIME.

Thanks to everyone for the MSS tournament info....Sounds like fun. I'd
already made my plane reservations, so my next questons for Don and Jim are: based
on your previous experiences, what time does play finish in the p.m.? Think I'd
be done by 4 pm? Do you have to be present at the awards banquet (which I
assume is Wed evening?) to get your (however unlikely) award? I had also
previously accecpted the offer they sent me for May, which is for 4 free nights (any),
2x points while checked in, and $100.00 in food comps. I figure the two
offers are mutually exclusive and I do plan on calling a slot host next week, but
I hope any info from you would help let me know what to expect or how to best
approach the possibility of keeping my already made reservation and adding
the vp offer.

Thanks
Dori
