Confusion exists with these meters, but it has been explained to me.
Each royal is at 0.25% and DEALT is at 0.125%
Therefore when each royal advances $1000 to $2000 (total), the dealt
is only at $3500. It adjusts itself upwards to $6000, the total of
the 3. If ONE royal hits, now having $2000, $2000, $1000, the dealt
again adjusts itself to the total of the 3 or $5000.
Eventually, the 1/8% on the dealt will exert itself and we will
eventually get a dealt that is larger than the sum of the 3, but it
will never be smaller than the sum of the 3.
When the DEALT is equal to the sum of the 3, it is because it is
adjusting upwards to reflect that sum.

Elliot;
This progressive has been that way since it was installed. No separate
meter for the dealt royal, even though the language on the bank appears
to indicate that it is (separate).
