I checked MGM's website for their base room on Oct 19 - Oct 21 ( Fri - Sun).? $798 plus tax for 2 nights.?
I'm going to be at Greektown today, getting my monthly coin in for what I think I need for Pantheon renewal.? I did notice that my freeplay is down from a high of $75 x 3 to the current $45 x 2.? If I knew how much more I needed to play to get to the next level I might do it.? If I hear the typical host comment of " You're close, play a little more and we will evaluate", I generally don't bother trying for the next level.
There is a thread on guaranteed play on Linda Boyd's midwest gaming forums.? From all I can see, there is no reason to play it.? To me, it looks like a clever marketing tool to make your losses more palatable.? Slotguy, just say no to this one.
