If anyone is interested in playing Bonus Poker at this promotion:
When I last played at Terrible's several months ago there was one
bank that had 8/5 bonus on one side. If you turn left after
entering through the front doors, the bank is just over from the
wall and runs parallel to the wall. The side with 8/5 bonus
faces the wall.
