Terrible's Las Vegas Casino

I was in Las Vegas the first of the month and I thought I would post
some comments of a few of the places I had played. Terrible was on my
list of places to see and play. As new players my friend and I found
out your 1st day of play if you hit 1000 points you got you got your
points doubled you could not cash in the 2nd 1000 on that day. It
took us about 30 mins each to hit our goal and we played for another
hour or so and about an hour after breakfast the next morning. The
comp totals for that night and the next day were 2 free dinners, 2
free breakfast, 4 cases of sodas, 3 shirts, 4 hats and $40 in gas
cards our combined bankroll was only $50.00 less than when we
started. The waitresses there were a lot of fun friendly and happy.
For anyone who played in Reno the food portions, quality and price I
would compare to the Gold Dust West. The draw back was the rewards
club always had a line and the staff where very slow friendly, but
slooooow. Between waiting in line to sign up and to retrieve our
comps on the 2 days we spent over an hour combined in the rewards
club line or at the desk. That was also the major complaint of the
locals in line.

Those lines have been like that since the place opened.

I'm staggered at how bad the lines have become. 45 minutes the other
night. There was only one woman working. And it seems like it's only
gotten worse since they switched to the tiered club.

Their core promotions are things that require a trip to the player's club
every day. You'd think that they'd adequately staff the club, since every
minute spent waiting in line is one minute not spent pumping cash into the
machines, and that those lines disgruntle everyone who stands in them. How
they manage to generate enough traffic to cause such delays while pissing
off the majority of their customers every single day with this understaffing
is beyond me.

But to give credit where it's due, I've found that the staff does the best
with the resources they have, and I've always found them to be friendly and
helpful. Which is all the more admirable given how aggravated people are
when they get through that 45 minute line.
