As was reported here recently, some machines at Terrible's Las
Vegas now give only 1 point for $2 coin-in. Unfortunately the
machines are not labeled so unless you are watching your points accrue
while playing, you may be unaware. So far I have only noticed the
reduced points on machines that have a $5 denomination as an option.
The best $5 game I saw on the machines I checked was 8/5 Bonus Poker
or worse.
Terrible's Caution
Watching your points accrue is always the smartest. ESPECIALLY AT
TERRIBLE's! We found the reduced accrual on all $5 machines AND a
bank of uprights West of the Southern most blackjack tables. There is
NO explanation why that bank is excluded - it makes no sense, it's
just like all the other inventory. There is a list of excluded
machine numbers posted at the entrance to the slot club on the south
wall.
