You used to get one if you had a car wash on Tuesdays at
any Terrible's gas station. This may still be true. You
might get one even without getting a car wash or buying
anything. Try the Terrible's on Flamingo across from the
Palms. And there's a coupon for the funbook in the LVA POV.
