No, the restrictions are printed o the coupon. You can actually end up getting the 10x without a coupon by playing during the 5x hours then cashing in during the 2x hours. However, I find the best value for points there is food. Many $5 and up meals can be had for 1000 or often less points (I usually use the kiosk). Food comps can easily end up being 40x the normal point value.
