These constant tax rants by everyone get tiresome.If
anyone would actually care to READ the actual IRS code
they would know what the meaning of income is(gambling
winnings surely are not).

You know that...and I know that....but the IRS does not know that. Sadly, too few of us have to worry about declaring winnings and my guess is that at least some of those who talk about it don't really have to worry about it either.
