Tax Withholding in Louisiana

As a resident of Florida (no state taxes), I filed a Louisiana Nonresident
tax return to recover the 6% withholding on a win of $1,867 ($112 withheld). I
ended up paying $29 in taxes and received $83 in a refund. The amount of LA
taxes depends on your federal AGI and federal taxes. I filed through Turbo
Tax which cost an additional $19.95. Of the $112 withheld, I ended up with $61!
I rather play in Las Vegas!!

That is what I have trying to tell Jean for three days. My numbers are
almost exactly same as your.. If memory serves I lost something LIKE $54 out
of something like $200 and change,
