I found your entries confusing.
I would put in
Name of Casino
Day
Machine No.
Type of Machine
$ In
If you put in $1000 put that down, if you then put in $2000 more, put that
down, etc.
$ Out
W2G amount
other amounts as you get them
Then win/Loss equals TOTAL $ in - Total money out
Put down W2Gs plus Other which should also = $ out
And note - Winning Session or Losing Session
