It seems odd that Harrahs raised the requirement for Diamond level from
10,000 credits to 11,000.
They have already accomplished the goal of thinning the ranks merely by
implementing all the lounge cutbacks.
So now an extra $10,000 coin-in for a glorified line pass. Such a deal!
