Taking money to casinos

Safe ways to carry your money to casinos:
1. Travelers Checks
2. Arrange in advance to have Casino Credit and draw markers or cash checks
as you play - very convenient and you can use this every trip at no cost.
Downside - temptation to draw out more money as you lose. You can arrange credit
at more than one casino in the same city.
3. Write a personal check at your hotel. Most will cash some personal
checks for people who are staying at hotels (ask in advance).
3. Money belt or money pouch or hide money in your shoes for extra money.
4. Wiring money to casinos in advance.
5. Local offices of some banks may allow you to cash checks from your
hometown bank - check on this in advance.
6. Open a bank account in Las Vegas so you can write checks while here.
(But some banks are very picky and will open an account only if you have a local
address.)
7. ATMs or Cash Advances. Fees usually are $2.50 per transaction for the
ATM plus your bank may impose fees. Cash advances on credit cards can be very
expenses.

Just as a point of reference, Washington Mutual has no fee ATM's.
Your bank may charge you a fee but Wa Mu will not. Also, if you are
a credit union member, there are a lot of credit unions in Nevada
that participate in the "shared branching" program. Locationc can be
