It seems the change is an effort to squeeze out a few extra dollars
from
their slots
and not to stop a major outflow of money. My opinion is that it is bad
business to
mess with a fromula that has been so successful for so long.
I agree that they are not trying to stop a large outflow of money, so the boycott won't cause them a financial problem on that account.
Another factor, as has been mentioned already, is the loss of business
from
other
players. Lots of people from this group bring in other business. That
will
all
evaporate.
Short of standing in front of their doors with picket signs, I don't believe that the total power of this group in speaking to their friends, can dent the large number of gamblers that go there for whatever their reason.
Can I give a better suggestion of what to do? Unfortunately not! We have had a good thing and now the casinos want to take some of it back. They can and just our group can't stop them.
