As I stated on Vp-Mail - the best thing is to write - written comments always
have more clout than verbal comments. Fill out comment cards, write letters
to the owner of Coast casinos. Tell them that you not only will play there
less, or stop playing altogether, but also mention that you are no longer
going to bring your friends and relatives with you, who like to play "Double
Diamonds", Craps, or whatever. You will also stop recommending this casino
to other people you know and people you meet - in fact will tell them NOT to
play there.
Generally tell them that by tightening up comp policy, tightening "loose"
machines, etc., they are driving you and other people to the competition.
Tuscany and Cannery have just opened - you will try them out now.
