TACHI PALACE update... JAN 2012

Due to VP free's sunshine policy, I will only give you the payback (99.5454%) and the variance (17.5110). Good luck.

So if I am still wrong, please explain where I am wrong, either here or shoot me a private message. That would be a big help to me, I'd owe you a favor. Thanks.

Well thank you for that much. But have you visited this casino lately? Can you verify that it is there today? Frankly, I was just about to go there after I take a shower. C'mon, Chungster, help a brother out. lol

Bob:

If you have WinPoker or any low-cost commercial VP analyzer, you should discern that the 9/6 JOB with STFL at 239 for 1 has a payback of 99.5199% and variance of 19.4922, and that is different from the game listed earlier with a payback of 99.5454% and variance of 17.5110, respectively.

It's not very difficult to run a vp analysis on WinPoker, especially given how fast or cheap or small computers are today. I always bring WinPoker on my iPod Touch when I search VP machines in casinos.

Cheers.

No kidding. You know what I think? I think you are going by someone else's word, and they are mistaken. You have not answered whether you have physically been in this casino yourself recently. I don't think you have. I thought I might be wrong, but seeing how interested you are in being argumentative, I suspect it is you who's wrong. There are no machines as you describe. I'd bet my left nut on it.

I'd be willing to bet on it too...
Tachi may aswell just be a giant slothouse...
I have to take granma to a family reunion in Hanford in late April...usually I just go waste time at Tachi, but last year absolutely spoiled it for me when there was N-O-T-H-I-N-G there to play...

Tim, give me a headsup when you're bringing Granny and I'll treat you to a free meal at the noodle bar. (scene from Rounders, lol)

Honestly, I have to the best of my ability described what Tachi's floor is like. I am not infallible, never said I was, but I can't find it and I'm a pretty good scout. If Chungster knows about ONE machine that is different, then it is possible. Sounds like a fluke, or bad info.

Bob- No way would I take that bet. I would hate to win!

The Tachi is sure out in the middle of nowhere. My one visit,I never thought I would make it or even find it. Unless you are a local, it makes no sense to head out there. However, Chung did mention great mailed offers. Have you noticed that also?

Yes, they do have good marketing. I thought I mentioned that, perhaps I forgot to. I thought I had described the layout there pretty accurately. This other fellow seems to think I was bragging. That's pretty strange because I don't see where there is anything to brag about. I was just reporting what I have found there, and I know it pretty well, I have spent a lot of time there.

He does not want to explain what this 99.5454 game is per the sunshine policy. That's certainly ok by me, and there are things in other places that I would not divulge either. But I wish he had not said anything in the first place. I have racked my brain the last week looking for this mystery game. I have doubled over the whole floor, and I cannot find it. It is either a mistake on one machine, or it does not exist. I have asked him if he has visited this casino lately, and he has not answered that question. Perhaps he saw this game a long time ago, or he is relying on someone else's word. Either way, I don't think it is there now. In my opinion, the best games there now are the $5 JoB(239), and the Double Super Times Pay Bonus Deuces (99.30%) 25-cent, 50-cent, and dollars. And that's it. There are some progressives that are set so low they never go positive.

It's a nice place. I live near it. Very nice hotel, nice people, friendly staff, good restaurant, it's a nice place. I just wish they had some better video poker. The competition in this area (Fresno) does have better games.

I am virtually 100% sure that you do not know what you're talking about. And you were so adamant about this, I'll remember to take your posts with a grain of salt from now on. There is no game like that at Tachi.

"I know this casino's floor like the back of my hand. I can try to correct this later if you want, but suffice it to say there is nothing full-pay in the whole casino and only two games that are barely over 99%. That would be the three Double Super Times Pay machines, with 13-4 BDW at 98.80% + .50, and then the Multi-Strikes with PNSU. Everything else in the casino is under 99%."

Bob: I checked with various sources and the 99.5% game I talked about EXISTED IN TACHI as of your Jan. 2012 post. As I pointed out in the various private emails (after I graciously declined to provided the information) and you then started attacking me in that the game doesn't existed, etc.

Bob: YOU made a mistake; I corrected you; now, please LET IT GO and MOVE ON. It's okay, you wrote about things you didn't know about -- it happens.

I have no problem with making a mistake. But I obviously wasn't wrong this time when I said I suspected that you PERSONALLY have not been there to see this supposed 99.5454 game and are relying on someone else's account of it. As your post proves, you are taking someone else's word for it. In other words, lol, YOU don't know what you're talking about. There is no freaking way. Whoever told you about it is wrong. That mystery game does not exist. Sunshine policy, indeed.
