You will, but the same pattern will not repeat over and over again.

What makes you think
randomness is the absence of streaks? What makes you think non
randomness
would necessarilly include streaks? How do you determine you are
on a hot
streak and when that streak has ended? Same question for a cold
streak.
Streaks are inherent in randomness, however consistent patterns over
time are not. Of course, this may require a lot of hands to determine.

Of course, you assume it's impossible to detect a non-random machine
so don't even try. However, the VLTs in WA state are just such
machines and it took me less than 1 hour to figure that out when I
first played them years ago. The "give away" on the machine that I
was playing is that the two pair combinations always ended up in the
same spots. If I had assumed they were random then I would never had
noticed ...
I once had a long streak where I hit unsuited 2345 for a straight by
drawing the ace about 1/3 of the time on a particular kind of
machine. It finally ended and went back to normal distribution. As it
turned out this was a streak, however, if it had continued for
longer, the rate of hit been higher, or other anomalies appeared,
then I would probably have concluded the machine was non-random.
Keep in mind that it is possible to have short term periods of less
than perfect randomness in a long term random sequence of numbers
generated by software algorithm.
