SWA and neteller

Kerrlouise2001 offered a Southwest voucher for sale and mentioned she can receive funds through neteller. Neteller has pretty much shut down all transactions for US customers. They also will not currently allow US customers to transfer funds to non US customers. If you are going to purchase this ticket, unless both parties involved are non US citizens, neteller won't work for you.

Another thing to consider - if Southwest catches you selling the ticket they will void it - they dan't want you to make a profit off the Rapid Rewards program. That would be a bummer - buy the ticket only to find out that SWA has revoked it!
