SWA rapid reward tickets can be extended for a year upon payment of a $50.00 fee. Just go to your rapid rewards account on line where you can take advantage of this option.

I was thinking I had heard that if your travel award was expiring, you could pay a fee and extend the time to use it. But I can't find this covered in the Web site "RR Rules." Did that option go away? Or, did I dream it?

I have a related question. I acquired a voucher for an airline ticket to anywhere Harrah's had a property. I spoke to a representative from their travel agency? and I have since misplaced their phone number. Numerous phone calls to Harrah's were of no avail. Does anyone have contact information? I fear said voucher may have expired; in my defense, my laxity is caused partially by four hospitalizations including two major surgeries. But I have recovered and am ready to rumble!
