As you say, you can't speak for Nevada law. I personally have filed a
complaint against a casino with Gaming Control (via e-mail) and was then contacted by
e-mail and phone by a Gaming Control representative who then questioned me
extensively on the facts. I was assured, when I inquired, that my identity would
NOT be revealed to the casino. In this particular case, I was one of many who
reported the same problem. The casino involved subsequently corrected the
problem, and made good on its original written promise to its customers. Without
GC's intervention, I would have been cheated out of over $4000.
By filing a complaint with GC, you begin a process whereby, if GC believes
the complaint might have validity, it begins an investigation. If the
investigation uncovers illegal or unfair gaming practices by the casino, action is then
taken. The problem is corrected, injured parties are awarded compensation, and
if GC deems it appropriate, the casino is fined and/or otherwise punished. In
extreme cases, gaming licenses can be revoked. There is no trial, GC's
decision is final and binding. The original complainant is not called as a witness.

Well, I can't speak about Nevada law because I'm not licensed there, but
let me at least say that I see two possible reasons why the information
would have to be released if this were go occur in Arkansas, and in many
other states, and therefore _probably_ in Nevada, as well.
