won't be invited back

i've never heard of anyone getting anywhere by sueing or threatening
to sue a casino, your only real recourse is the gaming control board
and they are only interested in possible gaming violations

I don't see what any of that has to do with the point that I was making, which is that there is certainly a way to obtain access to those tapes. And if the circumstances were serious enough to justify a law suit against a casino, do you really think I'd give a flying flip if I were banned by that casino?

Any business can exclude anyone they want for any reason so long as they do not violate laws which protect certain classes of people, such as civil rights laws and those pertaining to the handicapped. I'm also not sure you are correct that there is any distinction between casinos and any other businesses open to the public.

And you somehow think that the casinos which would ban you for filing a suit will still welcome you with open arms for filing a complaint with the gaming control board? ... unless there are laws which protect you as a whistleblower.

Yes, other businesses can also "reasonably exclude" patrons. Examples
of where non-casino businesses may want to exclude customers:
An electronics store doesn't allow customers to write down prices
(this actually happened in Western New York!)
A restaurant doesn't want a customer who is a lousy tipper
A supermarket excludes people who only buy items on sale

yes i've heard supermarkets are cracking down on so-called advantage
shoppers and coupon abusers, the trick is to also buy one high markup
item like puffed cereal (mostly air) as cover
supermarkets claim they are no longer just markets they are actually
in the entertainment business, and as any Hollywood exec can tell
you, getting entertainment for free is a crime and one step away from
communism

the key to remember about capitalism is: if you win, that's cool, if
you lose that sucks and someone else should have to pay for that
