We have discussed this a few times. 9-6 jacks is about 99.82% for Super
Times Pay. I am from the Chicago area and 9-6 jacks is available at the
Majestic Star (Gary IN) for quarters and was (I do not know if it still is)
at Harrah's Joliet IL for dollars. NSUD would be 100.0053% thus barely
failing the under 100% rule for IL and IN.
