had the "beverage ambassador" come over and ask if I was satisfied with the
service, then received a hand written thank you note after I got home. I
assumed it was triggered by sitting at the same machine for hours<g>. Sorry to
hear about your losses - I hate those kind of trips:(

Thanks, Sandy. I guess the beverage ambassadors are more common than I
thought. Must be that my cran and soda doesn't rate full fledged embassy
attention.
