Thanks for the suggestion.

I would limit it to the US, even though I haven't seen any in the
East or South, and in Vegas only at the Ramparts, but I would assume
that there are other places in Nevada which have it, and in various
forms, i.e. 5, 10, 50, 100 games and various denominations.
